The Heart Centre for Children (HCFC) has started a review of our current website and also started seeking patient experience feedback to help us better understand the needs of our patients and families.
We are collecting a variety of data and understand what we collect is sensitive and how it is used may be of concern to our patients and families. For this reason, our surveys are designed to remain anonymous, unless the participant wishes to self-identify on the feedback form.
All of our feedback and data is stored securely on a NSW Government server which is only accessible by limited team members of the HCFC.
